The National Rural Touring Forum is the organisation that represents a number of mainly rural touring schemes and rural arts development agencies across England and Wales. Our touring scheme members work with local communities to promote high quality arts events and experiences in local venues.

Over 140 people took part in the conference and showcases. The NRTF's International Village of Culture Conference "IVOC" took place at the end of March beginning of April 2009. Click here to go to the IVOC part of the website where you will find a video, evaluation reports, informal feedback and other information related to our "International Village of Culture" project.
The NRTF is delighted to be part of A Night Less Ordinary an Arts Council England scheme in association with Metro, which will provide 618,000 free theatre tickets to anyone under 26 in more than 200 venues across England. The NRTF members taking part in this scheme include Creative Arts East, LiveLincs Rural Touring, Take Art, Carn to Cove, Arts Alive and Highlights.
