National Rural Touring Forum is part of the Arts Council England free theatre ticket initiative A Night Less Ordinary.

A Night Less Ordinary is an Arts Council England scheme in association with Metro, which will provide 618,000 free theatre tickets to anyone under 26 in more than 200 venues across England. For more information about the scheme visit www.anightlessordinary.org.uk
 
National Rural Touring Forum is working with a consortium of three schemes to offer nearly 1,000 free tickets to young people in Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Somerset. Other schemes taking part in the free ticket initiative are Carn to Cove, Highlights and Arts Alive.

Between them LiveLincs, Creative Arts East and Take Art! promote 150 events each year which take place in Village Halls and community venues. Some of them are organised by young people and are specifically for youthful audiences! Others are organised by voluntary groups and appeal to all ages. Performances range from classic drama to comedy, from dance to live literature. Everyone is welcome and group bookings are encouraged.
